All our engineers are competent and highly skilled and all repairs and service vehicles are fully equipped to deal with the majority of calls at the first visit.

We will draw up a maintenance schedule and keep service records to demonstrate your company’s compliance with this requirement.

Our maintenance contracts are available to you regardless of whether you have purchased our products or not.

What You Will Receive as A Maintenance Contract Customer?

With a C4G Automation maintenance contract in place not only will you be complying with the current regulations but we will also ensure the following:

• Priority on all emergency call outs within hours or out of hours.
• Priority on all repair work needed.
• You will receive a detailed report following each service giving a detailed description of any repairs needed to bring you back within the guidelines.
• Discount on all repair materials needed.

24 Hour Call Out Service

All calls are answered by a member of our team day or night. On all call outs we will help you gain entry if needed and ensure you are secure when you need to leave.
We cover a large area of the India and aim to be on site with you within the hour where possible. If you door is in need of urgent repair, or you have been subject to an incident requiring emergency materials with our stock range and supplier priority ourselves we promise to leave you in a non venerable state.

Repairs and Emergencies

We are available to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year, your call will always be answered by a real person not an answering machine. A range of stock materials are held by us to ensure you are never left insecure or unable to trade. We understand how important your business and personal time is to you. If repairs cannot be carried out the same day we will ensure you are our top priority and will not be left stranded.
